Moneyview Sets ₹32-₹34 Price Band For ₹1,092 Cr IPO

Accel-backed fintech company Moneyview has fixed the price band for its IPO at ₹32-₹34 per equity share, with the issue set to open for public subscription on September 24 (Thursday). At the upper end of the price band, the company is seeking a valuation of around ₹5,985 Cr ($624 Mn). The IPO will comprise a fresh issue of shares worth up to ₹750 Cr and an OFS of up to 10.05 Cr equity shares.
