Aeon raises $1 million from Terra Industries to expand cybersecurity across the Global South

Aeon, a Nigerian cybersecurity startup founded by Samuel Ogbonyomi, Ben Eluan and Alex Idowu, has raised $1 million in funding led by Terra Industries, the Nigerian defence-technology company building autonomous systems to protect critical infrastructure. Resilience17, the investment firm founded by Flutterwave co-founder and CEO Olugbenga Agboola, also participated alongside Kaleo Ventures, DFS Labs, Ajim Capital and Seedstars. The money is only part of the story.
