Delhi HC to examine whether creator can challenge YouTube termination through writ petition

The Delhi High Court (HC) on September 17 issued notice to Google and the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) on whether a creator can challenge the termination of his YouTube channel through a writ petition at all. Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma listed the matter for December 8 , according to Bar and Bench . MediaNama has accessed the petition, which was filed on September 12.
