Google reveals how its new 3D emoji were designed, and which Android brands are getting them

TL;DR Google introduced Noto 3D emoji, its latest redesign, back in May around Google I/O. The new set has now started to roll out with devices like the Pixel 11, but availability is still very limited. Google is now sharing a list of manufacturers who will be getting Noto 3D on their phones.
