InteLogix Opens New Contact Centre in New Cairo, Egypt

InteLogix has opened a new contact centre in New Cairo, Egypt, expanding its presence in the country and strengthening its capacity to deliver multilingual business process outsourcing (BPO) services. The new facility was inaugurated during a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by InteLogix President and CEO Mario Baddour, Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA) CEO Ahmed Elzaher, BPO industry analyst Peter Ryan and other guests.
