Peak XV Partners Sells Groww Shares Worth ₹1,756.2 Cr

VC firm Peak XV Partners has sold 9.17 Cr shares of fintech major Groww in a bulk deal today. As per NSE data, the firm, via its holding entity Peak XV Partners Investments VI-1, sold the shares at a price of ₹191.49 apiece, 1% higher than Groww’s closing price today. The investor raked in ₹1,756.2 Cr via the transaction, with the shares sold amounting to around almost 1.5% of the company’s equity.
