Google Translate is getting a major offline upgrade

TL;DR Live Translate lets you directly talk to speakers of other languages, but so far has required a data connection. Google Translate is now adding offline Live support. Conversations are supported between English and French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Spanish, Hindi, Indonesian, Japanese, Russian, and Swedish.
