PwC India-US joint venture could bring together 40,000 employees

PwC US and PwC India have announced plans to form a joint venture bringing together PwC India’s consulting business and PwC US Advisory’s India-based capabilities. The proposed entity will combine market relationships, industry expertise, technology, engineering, AI and managed services on a single integrated platform. The transaction is expected to close in the first half of calendar 2027, subject to regulatory approvals and other closing conditions.
