Delhi HC seeks OpenAI response in ANI case: Here’s the timeline

After ANI appealed the Delhi HC’s July 24 order refusing it interim relief , a Division Bench asked OpenAI to respond to the news agency’s plea for temporary restraint. A bench of Justices Avneesh Jhingan and Manmeet Pritam Singh Arora asked OpenAI to submit its response to the petition filed by the news agency ANI . The Delhi HC will hear the case on December 5, reports Bar and Bench .
