What changes when Meta reports child sexual abuse cases to Indian law enforcement

Meta has agreed to report child sexual abuse cases to Indian law enforcement, government sources said on September 15. In a statement published on July 7 , the company said it already reports such cases. Those reports go through the US-based National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) .
