Accel Offloads ₹156 Cr Stake In BlackBuck Via Block Deal

Early backer Accel India yesterday sold 27 Lakh shares of logistics giant BlackBuck via an open-market transaction for ₹155.5 Cr. As per NSE data, Accel sold the shares at ₹576.05 apiece to rake in the amount. The VC giant offloaded nearly 1.5% of its stake in the logistics giant at a discount of 8.4% to the stock’s last closing price on Friday.
